The program is simple. We are collecting aluminum cans, taking them to CycleMet Inc. recycling center in western Columbus and collecting the money to further the housing-building efforts of our Madison County affiliate.
We are hoping our partners in businesses, schools, churches and civic groups will join us in recycling aluminum cans to benefit Habitat for Humanity. We will provide the can collection bin, plastic bags and even promotional materials. There are several ways your organization can participate:
Put collection bins in your office or business so employees and visitors can recycle their cans right in your office. We will provide collection bins and pick them up when they are full
Employees can bring in their cans from home and add them to the collection bins already located throughout Madison County
Employees can take their cans directly to CycleMet Inc. and tell the center the cans are to benefit Habitat for Humanity.
